Keep Thriving aims to foster a safe therapeutic environment while providing individuals with the knowledge and skills to embrace and overcome everyday life challenges. Our goal is to help individuals feel empowered so that they may function within society and be able to reach their full potential.
We take a creative and collaborative approach to talk therapy by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Techniques. Our specialties include but are not limited to; working with individuals who suffer from low self-esteem, people pleasing behaviors, trauma, substance use and relationships issues.
